The Old me….

I’m Amelia. I’ve been happily married for 28 years and am a proud mother of two wonderful children.

After turning 40, life took an unexpected
downhill slide at lightning speed.

Suddenly, my once slender and graceful physique seemed to attract unwanted pounds and excess weight in all the wrong places.

It was as if my metabolism had hit the brakes and slowed to a snail’s pace.

My overall health started to deteriorate, and I found myself constantly low on energy.
